Vibe 28 is a premier, luxury fitness and wellness studio offering transformative vibration fitness experiences. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and sales-driven individual to join our team as the face of the studio. If you have a passion for fitness, wellness, and customer service and have prior experience in a high-end fitness studio or luxury resort, we want to hear from you!
Position: Part-Time Member Sales & Studio Operations Specialist
Location: Vibe 28 | Vibration Fitness Studio, Nevada
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Sales & Retention: Drive membership growth by promoting Vibe 28’s offerings, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into members. Retain current members by delivering an exceptional experience.
- Studio Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the studio is always clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, and general upkeep of the studio floor.
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet members and guests with a smile, create a welcoming environment, and handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Assist Instructors: Provide hands-on support during classes, including assisting with Detox & Recover sessions through light massage, presses, and using the vibration pulse gun.
- Retail & E-Commerce: Maintain retail inventory, update the Shopify store, and ensure products are actively marketed through social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Social Media & Marketing: Manage the studio’s social media presence, including content creation, member challenges, event promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Build local relationships, collaborate with neighboring businesses, and foster a strong sense of community within Vibe 28. Help create marketing materials such as flyers and newsletters.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years in fitness studio operations (Orange Theory, Club Pilates, F45, Trufusion, or similar).
- 2+ years in luxury customer service or high-end retail sales.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Mindbody Software, Shopify, Square-up, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Canva or Photoshop experience for creating engaging digital content.
- Personality:
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about wellness and fitness.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A people person who loves to create connections and build relationships.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must live within 10 miles of the studio.
- Must be willing to perform light studio maintenance duties (vacuuming, mopping, etc.).
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly Pay: $15/hour
- Commissions: 10% on Class Pass and Membership sales.
- Additional Benefits: Free gym membership!
